Shipping Policy

Online orders for $99+ qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States, (Excluding hats).

If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, we will ship what is available at once. Charges for backordered items will not be processed until they are back in stock. For security purposes, our system only stores customer debit/credit card authorizations for 7 days. We will reach out to you by phone or email in the event that we are unable to capture your funds before they expire.

Please note that if shipping internationally additional freight charges will apply. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may also be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once the shipment enters that country. Rockmount is not responsible for charges of this kind. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. As such, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
