Exchange & Return Policy

Items must be in a new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached to be accepted as an exchange or a return. Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Please retain a copy of the order receipt provided in your package and include it with the merchandise, with a detailed note stating the reason for the exchange/return. For exchanges, please specify the size, color and product number of the item that you would like us to send as a replacement. Differences in price for exchanged items will be charged or credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For security purposes, our system deletes customer payment information after 7 days and restricts us from charging more than the preauthorized total. As such, a member of our team will reach out to you via email or by phone if more than a week has passed since the order was placed or if more funds are required.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. Rockmount will cover the cost of shipping to the customer in an exchange for orders placed online within the continental United States. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange/return.
