Exchange and Return Policy
Please retain a copy of the receipt provided in your package. Return it with the merchandise, explaining the reason for returning the item. For exchanges, please specify the size, color and product number you would instead of the original item.
Items must be in a new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached to be accepted as an exchange. Merchandise to be exchanged must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Differences in price between the returned item and the exchanged item will be charged or credited to the credit card used on the original transaction. For security purposes, our system only stores customer debit/credit card authorizations for 7 days and limits us from charging more than the preauthorized amount. We will reach out to you via email or by phone if it has been more than a week since the order was placed or if more funds are required.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. We will cover outgoing shipping charges on items sent back to the customer in an exchange for web orders within the Continental United States.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. To exchange a purchase your package should be taken to your preferred carrier and mailed to the following address:

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange if accompanied by the receipt.
