James Garner

James Garner starred in many television series spanning more than five decades, including the 1950s Western Maverick as well as the 1970s private detective show The Rockford Files. He also played leading roles in more than 50 films, including Victor/Victoria (1982) with Julie Andrews and Murphy's Romance (1985) with Sally Field for which he received an Academy Award nomination. His popularity continued into the 21st century in movies like Space Cowboys (2000) with Clint Eastwood and The Notebook (2004) with Gena Rowlands, Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. He's pictured on the cover of Cowboys & Indians magazine in Rockmount solid.
